In 2011, some musicians were asked to play a few ABBA songs on a tribute night. On the occasion of this project, a band was founded, which should offer a unique performance.

This performance was an unprecedented success. Not only the audience was caught by ABBA's big hits. The band members themselves were immediately fascinated by the seemingly simple but so complex ABBA songs, the virtuoso musicality and the brilliant harmonic vocals. It was immediately clear that this formula for success could not stay one night. The birth of SOS ABBAcoverband was a fact and the bookings poured in. In the meantime, the name has been changed to ABBA Experience and the band is often on stage at home and abroad.
